Senior Sales Manager - Salesforce

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) Salesforce Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As the VP Salesforce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, managing the sales team, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Location: Noida/Faridabad/Nagpur
Work Days: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to drive results.
  • Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and report on sales progress to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's Salesforce sales portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in Salesforce sales, with at least 8+ plus years of experience in sales and minimum 5 years in Salesforce.
  • Must have functional understanding of apex, trigger, lwc, integration and other Salesforce terminologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to drive performance and productivity.
  • Analytical mindsets with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good to have prior Salesforce development/admin experience.
  • Must have either Salesforce admin or Salesforce consultant certificate.
  • Open to work in night shift whenever required.
