As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, your job responsibilities typically revolve around leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions tailored to meet specific marketing objectives.

Location: Nagpur/Noida/Faridabad
Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet the unique needs of the organization, including configuring data models, workflows, journeys, and automation.
  • Develop custom solutions using technologies such as AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other scripting languages to extend the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud), data warehouses, e-commerce platforms, or external APIs, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, configuring sending frequencies, managing subscriber lists, and monitoring email deliverability.
  • Implement marketing automation solutions using tools like Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Triggered Sends to automate marketing processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Knowledge of other studios like Interaction Studio, Data Studio, Social Studio and Advertising Studio.
  • Manage data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data imports, segmentation, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and decision-making.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize marketing campaigns, email templates, and customer journeys for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes, and provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors, to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
