The implementation of Salesforce was conducted helpfully by Dean Infotech to enable us to be efficient in our operations. Our Salesforce was configured by their team, which examined our current processes and found ways in which we could improve them. They did not copy the old workflows; instead, they optimized them in order to enhance speed, precision, and accountability.
Automation was important in terms of decreasing manual work in teams, especially in lead management, approvals, and reporting. Cohesiveness of data enhanced uniformity, as well as avoiding duplication. The cooperation between the departments was enhanced as a result of mutual access to customer and operational information. It was a proactive management of the project, and risks were tackled in time, and timelines were kept. Training made our users feel productive and confident on the first day.
